Do you do TFP/TFCD
This is a business not a hobby, I'm a true artist, I bring quality and the up
most professionalism to my art, if you're an established model with a
portfolio that I can see and judge your work by, then I will consider a
TFP/TFCD on an "one on one" basis, other wise, please visit my pricing
page.
In which format will I receive my images
You will receive a CD with two folders, one with the images in JPEG form
at full print quality with a very tiny watermark on one of the bottom corners
of the image; another folder will contain images at web quality with my
watermark posted.
What image rights do I posses
You will have print rights only for the full quality images, and full
promotional and distribution right for web images. My images are not to
be altered in any way or post edited once in your possession, my
watermark is not to be remove or altered in any way, and credit is
expected to be given when due. I take pride in my work, and do not
want my art change without my consent; if you can't abide by this,
please find a different photographer.
Can I preview the images before selecting
Within five business days I will send you a link to a customer web page
with all the images from the shoot; from there, select the images you want
edited, contact me and I will begin the editing process
How much editing do you do to the images
I'm a photographer, not an illustrationist; with that being said, I will keep
my photoshop editing to a bare minimum. If you have a special request
regarding editing, just let me know when making your photo selection.
Can I get a copy of the RAW images
You will not receive a copy of the raw images under any circumstance,
see exception below.
Can I edit my own images
Unless discussed in the contract prior to shooting, NO, and even then,
you will not have distribution or print rights until after my review. My
watermark and photo credit must still be given to the images.
Will there be a contract signed
Yes, this is to protect you and me by spelling the agreements of the shoot
before hand. I have several style contracts ready and I will email it to you
for review prior to our shoot. This includes all shoots!
